What You’ll Do:

  • Monitor, Review, Plan, Coordinate and track truck repairs, maintenance schedules, and service documentation

  • Handle administrative tasks to ensure fleet & safety compliance and efficiency
  • Monitor driver performance and behavior using VEDR (video event data recorder) systems and other systems & tools available
  • Maintain regular communication with terminal managers and relay updates effectively
  • Liaise with back-office support for smooth operations and issue resolution
  • Travel as needed between terminal locations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in fleet operations, logistics, or administrative coordination (preferred)
